At Homecare Solutions Niagara, we want to provide each client with a personalized care experience. Every person’s needs are different ranging from a minimum number of hours a week of companion care to a more comprehensive plan including 24 hour care.
Part of the personalized experience is matching clients with our caregivers. To ensure we best meet the expectations and desires of our clients, we match the skills of our caregivers to the specific needs of our clients using a three-tier system We also take into consideration personalities to ensure the development of solid relationships and trust.
We carefully select only the most qualified caregivers using a multi-step hiring process that includes national criminal background checks, pre-employment history checks, license verification’s, personal reference checks and skills assessments. From there, each of our caregiver applicants must sign a confidentiality agreement, pass a competency exam, complete orientation and caregiver training and pass several on-line training modules.
In addition to regular visits from nursing supervisors, Homecare Solutions Niagara is able to monitor the accuracy and timeliness of care provided through scheduling software.
